Custom Costume Reservation

Select Your Date: Please select and purchase your preferred shipping/pickup (local only) month. A design questionnaire will be sent around 15 weeks before your chosen date.

• Costumes will ready for delivery within the reserved delivery month.

• Reserving a delivery month does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Deposit: A $200 non-refundable deposit is required for each costume. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your costume.

To maintain your reserved delivery month:

• Design questionnaire must be submitted at least 12 weeks before the delivery date.

• Design Consultation & measurement forms must be submitted before production begins.

Failure to submit required information on time may result in production delays, order cancellation, forfeiture of deposits and costume.

Multiple Costumes: Each booking is for one costume. For duets or trios, purchase additional spots. Contact us if additional spots are unavailable.

Communication: Direct all communications to brindlelynndesigns@gmail.com. Keep your email current for updates. Missing deadlines may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

Custom Costumes: Start at $400 and include color and fabric options, custom measurements, a design consultation, a digital sketch, moderate rhinestone coverage and a hair accessory. Prices vary with design complexity and embellishment.

Original Designs: We create unique costume designs and do not replicate other designers. You can share inspiration for colors and styles, but your costume will be an original Brindlelynn Designs creation.

Past Designs: We can recreate designs from past seasons, slight variations in appliqué and stonework should be expected. Current season designs cannot be replicated.

Design Consultation: Occurs about 12-15 weeks before delivery. Measurements and design details are discussed. In-person consultations available for local clients.

Design Approval: After your consultation, you'll receive a design sketch and invoice for approval. Once approved your design is considered final. Any changes after approval are at the designers discretion and may incur extra charges.

Additional Deposit: If material costs are more then the booking deposit, additional production deposit may be required.

Rush Service: We offer a $150 rush service of 4-6 weeks, with approval only. Subject to availably.

Final Balance: Pay the final invoice to receive your costume. Unpaid balances result in forfeiture of the deposit and costume

Shipping: We are not responsible for shipping costs or delays. Duet/trio costumes can be shipped together to save costs.

Pickup/Delivery: Available in the San Antonio Area with some restrictions.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if communication becomes disrespectful, unreasonable, or outside our working policies.

Order cancellation will result in the loss of any deposits made. Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted.

Fit and Measurements: We will do our best to guide you during the consultation, but are not liable for fit issues from inaccurate measurements. Ensure accuracy and specify if growth room is needed. If you are unsure, we encourage you to send photos or videos of your measurements so we can review them with you.

Final Sale: All costumes are final sale. No returns or exchanges. Report fit issues within 5 days of receiving the costume for case-by-case review. Repairs and alterations are the owner's responsibility.
