SHIPPING POLICY Last updated: [March 23rd,2026] Brindlelynn Designs
Production time: All custom and semi-custom costumes are made to order. Current production time is provided at the time of booking and varies by order type. Production time does not include shipping time. We strongly recommend ordering well in advance of any event or competition date.
Shipping: Once your order is complete, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Once an order is handed off to the carrier, Brindlelynn Designs is not responsible for shipping costs, delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damage during transit. All shipping claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
Duet and trio orders may be shipped together to reduce costs when requested.
Local pickup: Available in the San Antonio area with some restrictions. Arrangements must be confirmed in advance.
Rush orders: A rush service option of 4 to 6 weeks is available for a $150 fee, subject to approval and availability. Rush fees are non-refundable. Rush service does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Address accuracy: Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Brindlelynn Designs is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
