REFUND & RETURN POLICY Last updated: [March 23rd, 2026] Brindlelynn Designs

READY-TO-WEAR

Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in new condition, with all original tags attached. A restocking fee may apply. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items returned outside the 14-day window, without tags, or showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

CUSTOM & COSTUME ORDERS — FINAL SALE

All custom and semi-custom costume orders, including fully custom designs, costume shells or bases, and ready-to-wear pieces with custom options added, are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason.

If you experience a fit concern, you must report it by email within 5 business days of delivery. Fit concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Contacting us does not guarantee a resolution or replacement.

Repairs and alterations after delivery are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Brindlelynn Designs is not liable for any damage resulting from alterations made by the buyer or any third party.

DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT

Once an order is handed off to a shipping carrier, Brindlelynn Designs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and item immediately and email us within 48 hours. All claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS — READY-TO-WEAR

Ready-to-wear orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement provided the order has not yet shipped. After 24 hours cancellations are not accepted.

CUSTOM ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Any deposit paid is non-refundable and will be forfeited upon cancellation for any reason. Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if communication becomes disrespectful, unreasonable, or outside our working policies.
